Please read these terms carefully. By using WhiteSoftware’s website or services, you agree to the following terms.
WhiteSoftware provides professional web design, development, hosting, and consulting services. All projects are custom and may vary in scope, features, and cost depending on client requirements.
Clients must provide accurate content, images, and any necessary accounts or credentials to allow WhiteSoftware to complete the project efficiently.
Payment terms are agreed upon before starting each project. Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received. Partial payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
WhiteSoftware may, from time to time, offer to design and build a 4-page static website at no build cost (the “Free Website Offer”). The following conditions apply to any project delivered under this offer:
In short: the build is free as long as the website is hosted with WhiteSoftware. If you’d like to take it elsewhere, the normal build fee applies.
All code and design work remains the property of WhiteSoftware until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of the delivered website and its content transfers to the client. Projects delivered under the Free Website Offer are subject to the additional conditions set out in Section 4.
WhiteSoftware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Websites are delivered “as-is,” and while we strive for quality and uptime, some issues may arise beyond our control.
Hosting and maintenance services are provided as agreed per project. While WhiteSoftware aims for reliable uptime, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Personal information submitted via contact forms will only be used to respond to inquiries. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Partial payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from WhiteSoftware’s services will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
That’s it! We like keeping things simple and fair. If anything here is confusing, just get in touch and we’ll clarify.
